Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of B2B e-commerce data, utilizing Google Analytics GA4 and other tools, to identify key growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze critical B2B KPIs, such as account-based engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop and implement sophisticated segmentation strategies for B2B customers, leveraging data insights to personalize marketing and sales approaches and drive customer acquisition and retention.

  •  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in growth analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence within a B2B e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics GA4, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Twilio Segment, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of B2B e-commerce dynamics and customer behavior.

Identifying the products which have demand and potential in the market, introducing new, innovative, and cost-effective products and sourcing them from different manufacturers from different parts of the world. Acquiring product knowledge & imparting the same to the sales team and helping them to achieve the product sales target.


  • Creating awareness for the Products in the existing client base.
  • Improve the market share with the help of the existing Branch Network, Local & Export Sales teams.
  • Identifying new products, clients & markets.
  • Forecasting demand and supply. Making the purchase plan and allocating the month-wise budget.
  • Continuous evaluation and upgradation of the product line to make it more profitable.
