JOB DESCRIPTION

Identifying the products which have demand and potential in the market, introducing new, innovative, and cost-effective products and sourcing them from different manufacturers from different parts of the world. Acquiring product knowledge & imparting the same to the sales team and helping them to achieve the product sales target.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating awareness for the Products in the existing client base.
  • Improve the market share with the help of the existing Branch Network, Local & Export Sales teams.
  • Identifying new products, clients & markets.
  • Forecasting demand and supply. Making the purchase plan and allocating the month-wise budget.
  • Continuous evaluation and upgradation of the product line to make it more profitable.
  • Searching for new suppliers for the existing products, if required, either to reduce the cost of products or to have a backup.
  • Interacting with the suppliers to update them about local market conditions and convince them about the need either to hold the present prices well or to negotiate for better prices & payment terms considering the prevailing market conditions.
  • Pricing for the products for the local market, dealers, resellers and export clients. Maintain and improve the profitability of the products.

Key Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Polycarbonates, Acrylics, etc
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Description:

As a Junior Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication between the sales team, clients, and various internal departments.   • Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team. Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute relevant documentation. Ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for sales presentations.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports, including sales performance analysis, revenue forecasts, and pipeline updates. Monitor and track sales activities, such as leads, opportunities, and conversions. Provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
