Film-bending machine for PVC and PS Material thickness of 0.25mm to 1mm up to 1250mm, because of the extremely fast heating and the pressing from both sides, the material does not deform. The heating time of 0.2sec. is enough to bend 0.3mm PVC and hardly it takes 0.7sec to bend 0.8mm. The heating time is adjustable in 0.1sec. steps. The Microcontroller regulates the heating time. Cooling time for a bigger radius is adjustable from 0.1 to 10 seconds.
