Materials Required
- 6mm clear Acrylic sheet to fix the Smart sheet/ make Light Guided Panel (LGP)
- 2mm clear Acrylic sheet to cover the Graphics
- Light Diffusion Film /Smart Sheet
- Aluminum Snap Profile 19mm depth (System Code: SLB-PROFILE)
- Corner connectors 4pc (System Code: SLB-CON)
- Spring – the distance between 2 springs should be a maximum 20cm (System Code: SLBSPRING)
- Small Screws
- LED rigid bars (System Code SLB-LEDBAR; available in 40cm & 50cm. (The 40cm Bar with 24V can be cut at every 6 LEDs & the 50cm Bar with 12V can be cut at every 3 LEDs, similarly 1m Bar)
- Backing sheet 2mm/3mm —can be ACP, PVC, Aluminum sheet, etc.
- Adaptor / Power supply unit -24V/12V depending on the LED bars used
- Chrome Corners if required
Snap frame profiles are ideal for backlit light boxes and flex applications. Eyelets are fixed at the end of the flex /textile, and hooks are placed onto the profile. There is a slot for the hook to cling to the profile, and this is then tensioned by tightening the cable tie. For more tension, a greater number of eyelets and hooks are to be used. The snap system helps the light box from water and dust.
